Note: If the backend server is using a self-signed certificate, then install a copy of the self-signed certificate under Trusted Server CAs. Click Imported Trusted Server CA button.Navigate to System > Configuration > Trusted Server CAs.Please follow the instructions below to install the certificate chain on the Pulse Connect Secure device. However, this may be a problem if the Pulse Connect Secure device is running an older version (older than 5 years) or if the backend server is using a certificate issued from a private CA.
Pulse Secure will pre-install all public certificate authorities at the time of the release. To resolve this issue, ensure to import the issuer root and intermediate CA of the certificate installed on the backend server.
